01Full-timeGrowth Marketing Lead — AI Applications
Lead user growth in China and international markets through channel experiments, conversion improvements and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own domestic and international user growth, including plans, markets, channels and budgets.
- Run paid acquisition, KOL partnerships, SEO, social content, affiliate partnerships and referrals.
- Work with product and engineering to improve landing pages, onboarding, payment journeys and retention.
- Build growth analytics and an experimentation process to improve conversion and return on investment.
- Develop channel relationships, creative assets, methods and automation tools; help build the growth team.
Requirements
- At least three years of user growth or growth marketing experience, with independently owned projects.
- Proven results in advertising, KOL partnerships, SEO, content growth or product growth.
- International growth experience and English sufficient for work communication and partnerships.
- Analytical and product thinking; ability to diagnose conversion funnels and deliver improvements.
- Willingness to execute personally and work through continuous experiments in a lean team.
- Interest in AI products and practical use of AI and automation tools.
Compensation and development
- Fixed gross monthly salary of RMB 25,000–35,000, plus an annual performance bonus.
- Work directly with the founding team on product and growth decisions.
- Equity, options or other long-term incentives may be discussed with outstanding candidates.
- Based in Zhangjiang, Shanghai; remote work is possible for this role.

Help Dongshi Music develop creator operations, music selection, distribution and a new kind of music label.
Responsibilities
- Discover, contact, support and maintain long-term relationships with promising artists and creators.
- Select AI music and virtual artists by assessing song quality, vocal characteristics and potential reach.
- Build processes for music selection, creator evaluation, signing prospects and content operations.
- Plan and run submissions, challenges, charts and signing initiatives.
- Work with product and engineering to turn selection, evaluation and operations processes into product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above and at least three years of work experience.
- Experience in music, content platforms, creator operations or artist operations.
- Musical taste and judgment, with an ability to recognize promising work, voices and artists.
- Strong creator communication, project management and execution skills.
- Structured thinking and an ability to turn complex problems into processes, standards or product requirements.

- Support creator communities, discover quality users and content, and improve sharing and engagement.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or above; all majors welcome, with media or music preferred.
- A strong interest in AI, music or content creation.
- A feel for content and online culture.
- Available at least four days per week for at least three months.

- Help coordinate releases, rights documentation, music platform listings and promotion.
- Help plan and run label submissions, charts and challenges.
- Maintain the music library, artist records and project progress; support business research and new projects.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or above; music, media or marketing preferred.
- A love of music and basic judgment of work, creators and content.
- Good communication skills and willingness to contact creators and move partnerships forward.
- Careful and responsible, with an ability to manage spreadsheets, documentation, processes and follow-up.
- An interest in AI music, AI video and virtual artists.
- Available at least four days per week for at least three months.

- Experience making music, writing songs, composing or arranging.

- Work on frontend pages, backend APIs, business systems or foundational capabilities according to your focus.
- Collaborate with product, design and engineering to ship features.
- Help investigate production issues, improve performance and raise code quality.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development, debugging and learning.
- Potentially work on audio/video processing and AI model integrations.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or above in computing, software, AI or a related field.
- Solid programming fundamentals and familiarity with at least one mainstream language.
- Frontend or backend experience is welcome; full-stack skills are not required.
- Ability to understand requirements, investigate issues and implement basic features independently.
- A willingness to learn, read documentation, debug and find solutions.
- Regular, practical use of AI coding tools for implementation and debugging.

06InternshipProduct Management Intern — AI Products
Research real user problems and use vibe coding to turn product ideas into working experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate PuYue AI's music, video and creative tools while finding user problems and product opportunities.
- Regularly try new AI products, models and agents; test capabilities and analyze competitors and products.
- Use vibe coding to turn unclear requirements into working demos, tools or features.
- Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT and similar tools to build pages, interactions, API calls and simple complete applications.
- Identify problems from user feedback, communities, support requests and product data, and propose solutions.
- Work with engineering, design and operations to ship mature ideas and iterate with feedback and data.
Requirements
- A frequent, experienced user of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI products, actively exploring coding, music, video, images and agents.
- Curiosity about AI products and an ability to explain differences in models, features and user experiences.
- Vibe coding ability: use AI tools to quickly build a website, mini program, tool or complete demo.
- Good product judgment and sensitivity to interaction, workflows, information structure and user experience.
- Logical and structured thinking; ability to break vague problems into user scenarios, requirements and validation plans.
- Basic data awareness, using behavior, conversion funnels and retention to inform product decisions.
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or above, in any major; available at least four days per week for at least three months.
